I started TaughtByTN after noticing a gap in education. In large tutoring classes, students can miss out on the individual attention they deserve. At the same time, quality private tutoring can feel out of reach for many families.
Having found myself in that position, I wanted to create another option: personalised support that meets students where they are and helps them move forward with confidence.

Every student learns differently, so their tutoring should reflect that. My approach is structured enough to give students direction, while remaining flexible enough to focus on what will benefit them most.
We begin each unit with a diagnostic assessment to understand where a student is at. From there, I build on the areas they find challenging while reinforcing and extending the skills they already feel confident in.

Academic growth matters, but so does the person behind the results. I want students to feel supported as individuals, not defined by a score or compared to someone on a different path.
Through my own academic journey, I’ve learned that pressure affects everyone differently. What motivates one student can leave another feeling overwhelmed. My aim is to help students find an approach that challenges them productively, builds their confidence and gives them space to talk about what’s on their mind, whether that’s school or something beyond it.

TaughtByTN follows a flexible pricing structure. Prices vary depending on the duration and frequency of lessons, as well as the subjects and programs covered. We will explain the pricing during your free 15-minute consultation, and all costs will be fully disclosed and agreed upon before you make any commitment.
